Congrats on your new cousin! He's precious!

I just read your post from yesterday and can totally sympathize. Our stories are very similar...and I happen to be having the same issues at the moment. It's amazing how fast ten pounds can sneak up on you. What people don't seem to understand is that even though you know that you're not morbidly obese, a few extra pounds can take its toll on your mood and self esteem. How I feel about myself physically has an impact in all the different areas of my everday life. Then again, I may just be weird.

I don't have any great advice, but here's to hoping that the new year will motivate us both to be healthy and happy with ourselves.

Sorry for the rambling- it just hits close to home.
